Florence and the Machine – Take Care (Drake Cover)

Another artist stops by BBC’s Live Lounge and another cover song is recorded. This time Florence cover’s Drake’s “Take Care”.  Apparently this is like the 5th iteration/remix of “Take Care” so I’ll let Confusion explain, “Just to keep everything straight, “I’ll Take Care of You” was originally done by Gil Scott-Heron, then Jamie xx remixed it. Then Drake remixed that, and now Flo covers Drizzy’s version. So here is Flo’s cover of Drakes remix of Jamie xx’s remix of Gil Scott-Heron’s “I’ll Take Care Of You.”

Drake – Headlines [Live at AMA Awards]

Not sure about you guys but I lost interest in award shows when I graduated high school (4 years ago for those counting). I might tune into the VMA’s for a bit but that’s about it. Anything that was worth watching will be online within 30 minutes, so why bother to watch Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj play dress up when I can just laugh about in on Tumblr later? Anyway…’s one worthy performance from tonight’s AMAs.  Drake performs “Headines” wearing his signature (aka questionable) black batting/receiver gloves.

Drake – Over My Dead Body (Star Slinger Remix)

UK producer Star Slinger injects a shot of adrenaline to one of Take Care’s more somber tracks. Apparently Xaphoon has a better version in the works.

Drake’s sophomore album Take Care officially drops tomorrow, but by now everyone’s already had a chance to digest the leaked version. What’s the early word? Drizzy’s got another moody masterpiece on his hands. There couldn’t be a better time to introduce you to our December 2011 / January 2012 issue. So while you’re waiting for that new disc, snuggle up with Drake’s second Complex cover, which is destined to be a classic.

For the cover story, Complex Staff Writer Damien Scott took a trip to Toronto where he met up with the OVO crew. Hyghly Alleyne and Lamar Taylor (the directors of the “Headlines” video) came through with a series of documentary-style photographs showing a night-in-the-life of Drizzy. The new issue hits stands on December 6, but we’re giving you an early look at the full cover story (and extended gallery) now…

Drake Discusses A$AP Rocky

While backstage at his brand new Club Paradise Tour, Drake talks about A$AP Rocky and why it’s important to him to give exposure to new artists.

On the first date of what seems to be the making of a successful tour, Drake gives a few great words of endorsement and inspiration for Harlem’s “pretty muthafucka” ASAP Rocky and explains why he believes in the music and fights to bring out new artist like Rocky and TDE’s Kendrick Lamar. – BlowHipHopTV

Lil Wayne – She Will (Feat. Drake and T.I.) (Remix)

T.I. continues his post-prison tear but hopping on another track.

Drake – The Ride (Feat. The Weeknd)

Produced by Jamie xx and featuring The Weeknd, it’s a wonder why this didn’t make the final cut for Take Care.

Drake – Crew Love (Feat. The Weeknd) (Radio Rip)

If you are on any form of social media, you know that Take Care leaked in it’s entirety last night.  If you happen to download it, make sure you follow Drake’s advice below.  He took to  Toronto’s Flow 93.5 to premiere a cut off of the album, which drops November 15th.

Shanell – So Good (Feat. Drake and Lil Wayne)

New track from Young Money member Shanell featuring two other teammates. Cool and Dre on the boards.
