Not sure about you guys but I lost interest in award shows when I graduated high school (4 years ago for those counting). I might tune into the VMA’s for a bit but that’s about it. Anything that was worth watching will be online within 30 minutes, so why bother to watch Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj play dress up when I can just laugh about in on Tumblr later? Anyway…..here’s one worthy performance from tonight’s AMAs.  Drake performs “Headines” wearing his signature (aka questionable) black batting/receiver gloves.

UK producer Star Slinger injects a shot of adrenaline to one of Take Care’s more somber tracks. Apparently Xaphoon has a better version in the works.

Drake’s sophomore album Take Care officially drops tomorrow, but by now everyone’s already had a chance to digest the leaked version. What’s the early word? Drizzy’s got another moody masterpiece on his hands. While backstage at his brand new Club Paradise Tour, Drake talks about A$AP Rocky and why it’s important to him to give exposure to new artists.
