RESPECT: @ROCKIEFRESH
My first trip down to SXSW got off to a rocky start (pun intended) with my camera microphone breaking within the first 24 hours. So try to get past the swirling wind and get familiar with one of the most promising up and coming Hip-Hop artists in the game right now. Hailing from Chicago, Rockie has seen his popularity sky rocket with the release of his mixtape, The Otherside. Sampling and collaborating with alternative/indie artists, Rockie has created a polished sound that has caught the attention of artists such as Rick Ross and Lil B. Be on the lookout for Rockie as he continues to climb the Hip-Hop ladder. Follow him at @rockiefresh.
Here’s some new visuals to a remix of a track off of Rockie’s last mixtape, The Otherside, which I highly recommend you pick up. Be on the lookout for an itstheBino x Rockie Fresh interview in the near future.
