So as I said before, I was lucky enough to be invited down by The White House Band to cover their set. Instead of just filming the one set for 30 minutes, I ended up being there for six hours. Six interviews and 8 sets later, I hopped on the 3:30 AM bus back to Boston. Being that it’s finals week, I don’t have enough time to edit all of the six interviews I did, but hopefully this will keep you entertained for a while.
Fresh off packing Webster Hall during the “Rap Rocks The Studio” event, the White House Band is achieving yet another milestone. The Brooklyn-based band will open for Def Jam/ G.O.O.D Music artist Cyhi Da Prynce on December 9th, 2010 during the Generation Next Showcase. The Mic Sean curated event will be hosted by Hot 97’s radio personality Peter Rosenberg and the music spun by DJ Quiz.
