Rozay and company drop off the visuals for their nine and a half minute freestyle track, featuring verses from Gunplay, Stalley, Wale, Meek Mill, Kendrick Lamar, and The Boss himself. The video highlights the life of a Maybach Music rapper through a montage of clips. Pretty standard visuals, the only thing that really sticks out to me is that Gunplay does not resemble any human I have ever seen. Has Rick Ross formed an alliance with alien life forces on earth? Self Made 2 is out now.

In other news, Kendrick Lamar confirmed via Twitter that he plans to release his album good kid, m.A.A.d city on October 22.

A Chad Hugo-produced track from Stalley’s forthcoming album, Savage Journey to the American Dream. Have to agree with Jamarcus on this one: stop trying to make Stalley happen.

STALLEY – EVERYTHING NEW

Here goes yet another drop from MMG rapper Stalley. I’m calling it: Stalley is gonna have the same kind of 2012 that labelmate Wale had in 2011. It will be interesting to see how Stalley’s hometown sensibility mixes with the Maybach style. If he keeps releasing these cuts produced by Ski, he should have a great year. Savage Journey to the American Dream coming soon!

Stalley originally recorded this track for his Lincoln Way Nights mixtape, but the track didn’t end up making the final release. The updated version featuring Freeway and Rashad will end up making the re-release of the tape on November 1st.

Maybach’s back with this twelve minute track, featuring freestyles from a few of MMG’s members. I like this track because it makes it a little easier to distinguish those in the group who can actually rap. Not the greatest sound quality, but definitely worth a listen.

I really didn’t believe it when I saw Stalley had signed to Mayback Music.  Kind of random in my opinion.  I guess this track makes it official though.
