Frank Ocean has been killing it this weekend. He crushed SNL with John Mayer last night, and less than a full day later we’re treated to the first visuals off of Channel Orange. “Pyramids” was directed by the man behind the “Novacane” and “Swim Good” videos, but this Nabil-directed joint is more of a short film than your typical music video. Featuring snippets of tracks like “Pink Matter,” “Start,” and “End,” the video for “Pyramids” certainly exceeded any and all expectations. Throw in the addition of a John Mayer guitar solo and we have one of the best videos of the year.
